Über den Autor Eline Snel

Eline Snel, geboren 1954, ist eine erfahrene Therapeutin und Trainerin. In der von ihr gegründeten Akademie für Achtsamkeit in Amersfoort, Niederlande, unterrichtet sie Lehrer, Psychologen, Eltern und Kinder. Sie hat ein wirkungsvolles Achtsamkeitstraining entwickelt, das in Grundschulen in den Niederlanden und Belgien mit großem Erfolg praktiziert wird.
