Mark Sperring fell in love with books after reading Gobbolino the Witch's Cat as a child. For many years Mark worked in a storeroom unpacking boxes of books before finally writing some of his own. Mark currently lives in Bristol.Lucy Fleming graduated from the University of Lincoln with a First Degree in Illustration and has worked on children's book projects for many leading publishers. She lives and works in a small town in England with her partner and a little black cat. When not at her desk she prefers nothing more than to be outdoors in the sunshine with a hot cup of tea.
