Dealing with Gathering-Related Noise Disturbances«: For several years disturbing and regularly occurring mass gatherings are a phenomenon that has been shaping evening leisure activities in some major German cities. Due to the fact that there is no tangible organizer for these events, authorities, as well as courts, have predominantly refused to take action against such gatherings. This study attempts to refute this point of view.
