»Employment Law Protection of Solo Self-Employed Persons Using the Example of Platform Work« The »Working World 4.0« enables new forms of employment with platform work, namely in the form of crowdwork and economy on demand. The author examines to what extent the persons working there are covered by the employment law protection system, whether an adjustment of employment law protection standards is necessary and how it should be configured.
