»The Limitations of Criminal Liability for Aiding in the Jurisdiction of the Federal Court of Justice«: The focus of the work is a case-group-related presentation and evaluation of the limits of the criminal liability for aiding in selected decisions of the Federal Court of Justice. The systematization is preceded by a brief presentation of the fundamentals of the criminal liability for aiding in the jurisdiction of the Federal Court of Justice. Finally, the individual aspects are compared and related to each other as far as possible on the basis of the decisions presented.
