»Prevention and Repression in National Security Law. The Standards of Building Legal Concepts«: The distinction between prevention and repression was structuring for the »classic police law«. The research work focuses on the standards of building legal concepts and comprehensively examines the pair of concepts on this basis. In this study, genetic malformations are revealed and the resulting normative effects and illusions are traced, so that there should not remain a functional area of application for the distinction in »national security law«, which is in the making.
